ABOUT THE OWNERS
Allen Bryan and Brent Purvis are co -owners and co-founders of Enterprise Therapy Center. Enterprise Therapy Center was established and opened in May of 2002. Their vision was to have an outpatient physical therapy business that grew in reputation while giving excellent patient care. They also believed that giving professional and personal care that would be provided in a family – oriented environment. They are both natives of Enterprise, graduates of Enterprise High School, and have been very thankful for the opportunity to return home and serve the community that they live in and love. They have more than 45 years of combined experience in the field of physical therapy. They have committed themselves to investing into Enterprise and the surrounding communities for the past sixteen years through church, family, business, schools, and charity. They have been and continue to invest and provide outpatient physical therapy services with a non – corporate approach that allows them to focus solely on maintaining relationships while improving the quality of each relationship one patient at the time. We wanted to take a moment to say thank you for allowing our clinic to serve Enterprise and our surrounding communities for outpatient physical therapy services during the past sixteen years. We remain committed to providing our patients and community with the most professional and comprehensive, outpatient physical therapy services in our region. We have been creating long term relationships with our patients, community, and medical providers since 2002. We have been invested and committed to our community and have continued to build lasting relationships one patient at a time since we began our business. We are proud to be a small business having one location as this has allowed us to focus 100% of our professionalism, expertise, relationships, and efforts into our business and this community. As a small business we have been allowed the flexibility to make all our own decisions internally with patient satisfaction and care being our number one priority. We are conveniently located in Enterprise and have been proudly serving Enterprise, Fort Rucker, New Brockton, Daleville, and our surrounding communities with outpatient physical therapy services in a friendly, family oriented, professional environment since 2002. During the last sixteen years we have formed outstanding relationships with our local community as well as our local medical facilities, patients, and providers.
Our clinic is conveniently located on Professional Lane and is easy to access. It is a 6,000 square foot facility that includes a heated Aquatic Therapy pool, a large open gym area, 12 treatment rooms, and an area to service Workers Compensation patients. We offer a comprehensive depth of outpatient physical therapy services and continue to pride ourselves in equipping our staff with the latest techniques and equipment allowing them to constantly improve functional outcomes for our patients. We currently provide the following services to include but are not limited to: Physical Therapy, Sports rehab, Industrial rehab / Work Hardening, Orthopedic rehab, Aquatic Therapy with an onsite heated pool, Spine rehab to include a spinal decompression table, traditional pelvic and cervical traction table, Vestibular rehab, Dry Needling, Peripheral Neuropathy treatments to include Rebuilder Therapy and Anodyne Therapy, Sports rehab, TMJ rehab and more.
